Recently we had the privilege of working with The Kriegner Group during a recent home search in Tellico Village. I can't tell you how pleased we were with Robin and Bo. They were always available to answer questions and assist us in our search any way they could. In addition they were flexible and very knowledgeable of the housing market. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Bo and Robin were wonderful and made the experience of buying a home much less stressful. They were always there phone any questions I had whether a quick text or phone call and I am sure I asked the same questions multiple times throughout the entire process but they were patient and wanted me to find the best home for me! I am now a first time home owner thanks to the best team behind me all the way!

What a powerhouse team Bo & Robin Kriegner are!! We had many obstacles along the way in our search for a house. It took us switching realtors & loan processors to complete our journey of finding our home. We are so glad to have found Bo & Robin. They have worked hard to build a team of people they trust and work with to take you all the way to closing--from loan processors to Inspectors & handyman if needed. And most importantly a bucket of patience. You honestly could not find a better team to work with to purchase your dream home. Bo and Robin did a fantastic job for us. We were moving from out of state and basically had a week to find a home, they made all the time in the world and we looked at 14 houses that week. Once we found the house the team moved fast and efficiently to get all the imprecations paperwork etc done. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new home in Knoxville!

I highly recommend working with Bo and Robin. We looked for years to find the right family home in a changing and difficult market, but they were patient and supportive, never pressuring us. We unexpectedly made an offer on a property and listed our home while we were out of town, and Bo and Robin did untold leg-work on both the purchase and listing while we were sometimes out of pocket; they staged/prepared our (very unprepared) home for showings while we were gone, without complaint or burdening us with details we couldn't attend while away. In all, we felt secure trusting their advice based upon their professional and personal experiences. We also feel valued personally, and our young kids (and dog) consider them friends.
